Could not get Win Fortress to run I can't give a proper review of WinFortress because I could not get it to run on my XPPro SP2 System. It uses .NET Framework 2.0 which reports programming errors in the form of attempts to divide by zero when I try to start the program. WinFortress then locks and can only be shut down via the Task Manager.

Tried this and it works. That is just about all I can say for it. Inability to extract individual files from an archive is a big problem. Also lacks a lot of features available in free utilities.

UnRar for Windows Review Very simple to use and works quickly. Not sure if I would pay to use it though.

You`d better go for 7zip or winrar I found the program not to be as good as other programs performing unraring and unzipping files. If you want to deal with rar files go for winrar or 7zip(which is free).

I was not able to use or understand commands. It has the basics of taking an image and reducing the height and width in proportion to the original. I was looking for something that resized using a scale in inches,and also provided a feature for editing . Sometimes in the resizing I need to crop some edges.I also was looking for a feature that allowed the photo to be shape into a circle, square , oval or heart. PRG review Hi - I was looking for an application that was able to resize and change the embedded DPI in the file, and to intelligently set the longest side to 640 pixels (say). I used to be able to do this in Sizerox for the Mac, but have migrated to PC, and am looking for something similar. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem the PRG can do this,

Nice product... I really liked the product. I only used it on a batch of about 55 pictures, but it worked quickly and applied the watermark I selected easily. One thing I would like to see under the watermark is the ability to change the font easily. I didn't notice it in there. If this is already there, then kudos to you! :)

Very impressed! Was evaluating a competing package but found this to be the best on the market for what it is supposed to do. Will be purchasing for the work place.

comments for Picture Resize Genius I have used this tool only a few times but so far it has been great. These days on takes larger and larger pictures with all the new cameras. It is nice to be able to easly make small pictures for email and uploading to the web.

Registry Mech. review The download I received did not really show that it did anything.If the trial was for a month,full use, then it could be reviewed properly .My computor is slowing down, I have windows Registry pro, and I run it, then run yours and still get 200 errors, which I can not remove to see if it will work. all good news now Used it for a long time now, seems to work perfectly I would recomend it to any one, unlike Reg Cue that gave me heaps of trouble as it stoped first this and then that program from working, constantly re-downloading things that reg cue had disabled. Now I only have registry mechanic, and sytem mechanic and have no troble.

Winhider review from Chris Winhider works well in itself. The reason that I would not use it this time is that I was trying to find a way to hide a given DOS window that repeatedly opened when trying to get an old application to run on windows xp. This window has differing names and I wanted something to look for a process name rather than a window title in order to control its behaviour. Also, whitelists so that the user doesn't have to see winhider in action would be good too.

Taskbar space saver Good idea for saving taskbar space.

Had trouble with scrolling the user interface The software seemed fairly functional in general but I did have a problem scrolling to the bottom of the list of visible system tray objects (I have a lot of them obviously). On scrolling to the bottom of the list the software would immediately jump back to the top and therefore I could not select these items. I had to resize the window in order to do this. I use Windows XP Home, with SP2 installed.

An amazingly simple tool that can give you so much insight into what\'s happening in your environment.

it is a great software on of a kind, so many options, but a jungle of menu items. and it needs improvement, it should be easier and simpler.

I haven\'t had a chance to exchaustively test the program yet, but I have set it up to monitor the local connnections and the data and graphs that comes back looks really good. I\'ll keep using it. If it keeps looking good, I\'ll look at purchasing it for my organization.

Was unable to install on Vista Ult 64 version. Setup would start but window displaying the setup info was minimized and could not be restored or made visible at any point. From reviews this would have been a great program for my needs but, better luck next time. Tried installing/downloading 5x.

Well, PRTG is very useful for me especially an "Auto Discovery" tool.Also,I enjoy its nice GUI

I do not have anything good to say. Tried to install on Vista Home Premium, SP1 but the install keept on hanging. It did leave a half install system that was a mess to clean.

Not good for animated gif I thought I've found a perfect software but unfortunately this program is not for me, I used it to reduce the size of several animated gifs and while it succesfully did the job, the animations were completely destroyed. So my search continues...

This program was a huge help. This program was a big help thanks.

A real snap at shrinking gif files Was desperate to reduce the size of a gif file to be able to use as an operating system interface pane. Had to be under 15KB and managed to reduce by 28% to 12.2KB. Brilliant! Just what the doctor ordered.

My Review. I think that the program is very good and it helps me out when I am in times of crisis and in need of it.

EZR stats I used the univariate function to analyze a few large (50 mb) datasets. the program was fast, output easy to read. It would be nice to have some graphics. Otherwise this is a slick add in to excel.
